Order Processing

How long does it take to create and process my order?
We typically ship out your personalized product within 7-14 days. Sometimes even faster! YAY! During the busy holiday season (typically late November through December) turnaround time can take up to 3 weeks. Please get your orders in early for holidays. We will always tell you the cutoff date for guaranteed delivery for big holidays on the home page.

Why does processing take so long during holidays? 
Our fabulous team personally handcrafts each item right here in our Arkansas location. Each item is carefully looked over for perfection. We have a strong team who works many hours to get these out to you as fast as possible. We wanted to create a company of beautiful products that will last a long time. Some items may be shipped from our affiliate printer and they need time to fulfill your order.

Yes, there are faster companies out there who can do mass production very quickly, but we haven't found any that have the quality and service we provide.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?  
Transit time will depend on your chosen shipping method. 

  • During the holiday season, shipping is delayed. We typically can get packages sent out within 2-3 weeks of the order. Shipping will take additional time for delivery. 
  • Delivery is usually within 7-14 days during the year.

General Questions

Can I do a custom-designed product? 
Some items do offer you the ability to use your photo! If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@dentoncove.com.

Can I get an update on my order? 
You'll get an update emailed to you once the products have been handcrafted. Then, you'll get another one once it's been shipped out. It will even have tracking on it!  YAY!
