The Basics

Depending on the item(s) ordered, delivery time can range from 1-2 weeks. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately. Items may arrive separately depending on availability. We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS, depending on the item(s) ordered and your delivery address. We apologize that Express Delivery may not be available, depending on the items ordered, because most of our products are personalized but we will get your package out as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 weeks.  If you are in the United States but are not in the contiguous 48 states, please contact us – we may be able to ship certain items for an additional charge. We also will be offering International shipping soon. We will post a link when available. Thanks for your interest!

Standard/Economy Shipping Charges for our Continential US customers (based on order weight)

We charge the customer the discounted rate that each shipper charges us, which depends on the total weight of the package (with packaging) at the time of shipping and the method the customer chose at check out.

Delivery Surcharges

Because some larger items require special handling and care due to their size and/or weight, our cost to ship them is higher. These items have a delivery surcharge which we have listed on the product page when applicable. This is in addition to our regular delivery charges listed above.

Payment Processing

Your payment method may be authorized at the time of order placement and then charged when item(s) ship. All delivery charges will be charged upon initial shipment regardless of partial or complete order status at that time. Special Orders and items that ship directly from our suppliers are charged to your account when the order is placed but may not ship immediately.
