Due to the nature of our customization and/or personalization, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any custom or personalized item. If there is an issue with your custom or personalized item, please let us know so that we can take care of you within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your order contains a non-customized, non-personalized product, or non-digital item, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@dentoncove.com. An RMA # and instructions on where to send your return. Items sent back to us without requesting an RMA # first, will not be accepted nor refunded.
Please allow 10 business days, from the receipt of your return, for your refund to be processed.
Please note that it can take 7 to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders, customized items, or personalized items. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items, Digital products, or Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed (less any shipping and/or handling charges) on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 7 to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
