Shipping

What's the cost of shipping?
Our rates are based on weight and size. On non-subscription box items, you have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.
When will you ship my subscription box order?
Our subscription boxes ship on or before the 15th of every month. If you're a subscriber, your orders will renew on the 5th of every month.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
USA orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders vary by distance and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer our products in the USA and Canada! Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to duties upon delivery.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I be charged for my subscription box?
Your account will be charged on the 5th of every month.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription. You can also access the "Subscription" option from your order confirmation email.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
What comes in the subscription box?
The Wooden Wonders Craft Box includes a laser-cut 3D craft and everything you need to paint (optional) and assemble your craft (number and type of items vary month to month.) Every month, designs and style change and are always a surprise!

Order Processing

How long does it take to create and process my order?
We typically ship out your order within 7-10 business days. Sometimes even faster! YAY! During the busy holiday season (typically late November through December) turnaround time can take up to 3 weeks. Please get your orders in early for the holidays. We will always tell you the cutoff date for guaranteed delivery, for major holidays, on the home page.
Why does processing take so long during holidays?
Our fabulous team personally handcrafts each item right here in our Arkansas location. Each item is carefully looked over for perfection. We have an awesome team who works many hours to get these out to you as fast as possible. We wanted to create a company of beautiful products that will last a long time.
Yes, there are faster companies out there who can do mass production very quickly, but we haven't found any that have the quality and service we provide.

During the holiday season, shipping is usually delayed. We can typically get packages sent out within 2-3 weeks of the order during major holidays. Shipping will take additional time for delivery.
